Some overview the topics - enabling participants to evaluate whether or not the tools and techniques discussed would be appropriate to their business. Others examine the individual tools and techniques in more detail, explaining how they might be applied in their organisation.

Stop Leaking Profit overviews tools and techniques such as cost benchmarking, profitability analysis, and contribution based activity - that help a business identify both the scale and nature of its potential profit and the 'profit leaks' that erode it.
