One in four companies is loss-making. Many, many more fail to return the profits all the money and effort ploughed into them deserves.
These businesses present an ideal opportunity for their accounting professionals to demonstrate the value they can add – firstly by pin-pointing what’s causing the problems and then by working as part a team to overcome the issues. But often, that opportunity is not seized.
Knowing a business is ‘busy’ helps quickly narrow-down what’s likely causing its results to be what they are. Studies show that much of the potential profit these businesses earn never reaches their bottom-line.
And when ‘profit leaks’ are the problem, the best thing that business can do to quickly improve its bottom-line, is to find them and ‘fix’ them (or at least, reduce them). However, experience shows most businesses (and many accounting professionals) don’t know how best to go about that.
That’s where this workshop will help. It’s designed to help accounting professionals identify…
· Why their business isn’t delivering the profits it should - and
· What needs be done to turn it around, quickly
It’s designed to help them help their business START improving profits within 90 days.
This is a practical, hands-on workshop in which you’ll be given a blueprint to follow: You’ll focus on a handful of tools and techniques – and, to demonstrate the methodology in practice – it will examine and DECONSTRUCT a true case study.
