Pilot/Beta Version: On-line Programme - Starting October 2019

The aim of this 90-day programme is to help Accountants pin-point precisely where and why profit is being ‘leaked’ in the business they’re working in/with.  And, having identified those leaks, help stop or reduce them - thereby increasing profits.

The business should start to show (or have planned specific improvement) by the end of the 90-day programme.  In the going, participants will demonstrate the value their skills, knowledge and understanding, can add to that business.

The ‘business’ should be a manufacturer, processor, distributor, wholesaler or professional services provider – that is ‘busy’, but either loss-making – or not returning the level of profit all the time, money and effort invested in them, deserves.

It will most likely be an SME.  But it could be a business unit of a larger organisation – so long as it can act like an SME – by making and enacting decisions quickly – and choosing who it sells to and at what price.

The programme will have a very small number of participants.

• Much of the content will be delivered ‘live’, by me, in (likely) 45 minute sessions one lunch-time, each week, during the first eight or nine weeks.
   
• The sessions will be recorded – both for those not able to attend ‘live’ – and as a method of re-cap.  The recordings will remain available during the three-month duration of the course.
   
• Supplementary learning material will be provided in the form of pre-recorded videos (and where applicable, pdfs or links)
   
• Each participant will be required to put-into-practice what they learn as they go along.  A successful outcome will not (just) be to complete the course.  It will be to help bring about a significant change (or agreed planned change) in the performance of the business involved - and a change in perception of the role the pilot course member can play in that organisation.
   
• A reasonable amount of email support will be available (from me) during the full duration of the course.  My aim will be to respond within 24 hours of a query received (Monday-to Friday).
   
• Each participant will have the opportunity to have TWO, 30-minute; live, one-on-one support/coaching calls, per month, with me, via Skype, during each of the three months the programme will run.
   
• The input and feedback from the pilot course members will be a very important part of the first ‘live’ version of the course.  And that will be reflected in the much reduced fee to take part in the programme.   The programme fee for pilot course members will be 3 payments of €197 - payable at the start of each month: October, November, and December 2019.
