Your privacy is important to us. This policy describes how we collect and process your personal data - whether provided by you through your use of our website www.ProfitAnalytics.co.uk, through other sites we own or operate, or provided in some other way.

 

By providing us with your data, you warrant to us that you are not less than 16 years of age.  If you are under the age of 16, please DO NOT provide us with any personal data.

We will hold your contact details.  At minimum those details will include your name and email address.  In addition to that, if provided, they may include your postal address, and telephone number.  And if you communicate with us via social media, we may hold your social media account addresses too.    

 

If you buy a product or service from us, we will retain details of what we’ve provided, when, and at what price.  We may also retain details of the method you used to pay for the transaction – including your bank account or credit/debit card details.

 

We may keep information about the way you choose to use our products or services.  For example, where you have subscribed to receive emails from us, we may keep information to indicate whether you have opened those emails, or have ‘clicked’ on any links contained within them.  If you have purchased a programme from us, we may keep information to indicate your progress through that programme.

5. International transfers of personal information

 

We are subject to the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR) that protect your personal data. 

 

Some of our third parties service providers are based outside the European Economic Area (EEA).  So their processing of your personal data will involve a transfer of data outside the EEA.

Information from third parties:  If we receive personal information about you from a third party, we will protect it as set out in this privacy policy.  If you are a third party providing personal information about somebody else, you warrant that you have that person’s consent to provide their personal information to us.

 

Restrict:  You may choose to restrict the collection or use of your personal information.  If you have previously agreed to us using your personal information for direct marketing purposes, you may change your mind at any time by contacting us using the details below.  If you ask us to restrict or limit how we process your personal information, we will let you know how the restriction affects your use of our website or products and services.

 

Access and data portability:  You may request details of the personal information that we hold about you.  You may request a copy of the personal information we hold about you.  Where possible, we will provide this information in CSV format or other easily readable machine format.  At any time, you may request we erase the personal information we hold about you that we are not otherwise legally bound to retain.  You may also request that we transfer this personal information to another third party.

 

Correction:  If you believe that any information we hold about you is inaccurate, out of date, incomplete, irrelevant or misleading, please contact us using the details above.  We will take reasonable steps to correct any information found to be inaccurate, incomplete, misleading or out of date.

Complaints:  If you believe we have breached a relevant data protection law and wish to make a complaint, please contact us using the details above and provide us with full details of the alleged breach.  We will promptly investigate your complaint and respond to you, in writing, setting out the outcome of our investigation and the steps we will take to deal with your complaint.  You also have the right to contact a regulatory body or data protection authority in relation to your complaint.

 

Unsubscribe:  To unsubscribe from our e-mail database or opt-out of communications (including marketing communications), please contact us using the details above - or opt-out by using the opt-out facilities provided in our communications.
